Tim Robnett, Founder
Timothy Robnett is the founder of Steadfast Engineering, PLLC and a civil engineering professional with a passion for practical, buildable design. Drawing on experience supporting structural engineering projects, Tim understands the pressures U.S. engineering firms face to deliver accurate plans on tight schedules and budgets.
Over the course of his career, Tim has worked with multidisciplinary teams on commercial and residential projects, bridging the gap between conceptual engineering and detailed plan production. His background in teaching and mentoring also shapes his approach to collaboration—clear expectations, responsive communication, and a genuine commitment to helping client teams succeed.
Tim founded Steadfast Engineering, PLLC to give firms a reliable remote partner who can take ownership of complex drafting and design tasks while honoring each client’s standards, preferences, and project constraints.
